TrenStar’s ClientWeb Portal is an online ordering system that allows clients to place orders for rental returnable packaging direct from TrenStar via a secure Username and Password.

This electronic ordering has many benefits:

  • Allows Suppliers to easily place rental packaging orders for collection at their closest TrenStar depot
  • Can be set-up to interface with ERP Systems and¬†translate production data into electronic packaging order requirements on behalf of the Supplier
  • Provides real-time notifications on order acknowledgements and confirmations
  • Caters for vehicle volume¬†optimization on empty packaging collection
  • Caters for specialised packaging and packaging calculations
  • Caters for back orders and short orders to ensure complete order fulfillment
  • Provides easy-to-access order management reports; and
  • The cloud-based portal requires no software installation.
