TrenStar has developed a web-based application that allows our customers to order rental packaging equipment on-line. This innovative tool has been designed to streamline the ordering process and improve our service delivery to customers. Orders can now be placed well in advance and collection times scheduled in advance. By planning your requirements ahead of collection, TrenStar’s depots are able to ensure the availability of equipment and the staging of equipment for collection, thereby enabling quicker customer vehicle turn-around times. The solution also gives customers the option to update or cancel orders, and to view the status of their orders. When using online ordering, TrenStar’s depots are automatically notified of any new or amended orders and the system can prioritise them accordingly. In this way, TrenStar is able to constantly keep customers informed of any changes in order status via an automated e-mail function. As a customer, you can register on-line to use this service free of charge. Once the registration is verified, you will be emailed an easy-to-follow user manual. TrenStar can also provide training on the new system.
