The TrenStar helpdesk is a central point of contact for all customers to log their queries:

1. Dial 0860 TRENSTAR (0860 873 678).
2. With every query that is logged, the system generates a unique reference number that is used for tracking the query until its resolution.
3. The TrenStar helpdesk operator assigns calls to the relevant parties within the TrenStar group to ensure that the query is attended to as soon as possible.
